What Dreams May Come?

Curious about how our experiences shape the grand narrative of existence? Dive into this segment from my latest essay, where I explore how cutting-edge AI informs consciousness, suggesting that each of us is an agent in the universe's journey toward its ultimate purpose by finding the best training data and acting on it.

The ideas expressed herein are a synthesis of a lot of input but primarily my attempt to unpack the many permutations of the assumptions that the observable universe is an expression or consequence of the conscious field/akashic knowledge and that UFOs with anti-gravity drive actually exist

A Comprehensive Theory of Cosmic Reality and Time Travel

Shoutout to Red Bull and the WhistlinDiesel YouTube Channel for the inspiration. It’s about realizing our dreams and understanding the positive forces that guide us.

Inspired by Jason Reza Jorjani's Closer Encounters and his interview on Danny Jones' YouTube channel, "God, Aliens & the Secret Behind All World Religions," this essay is my canvas for exploring these ideas. If, like me, you've followed The Why Files and find AJ's insights compelling, you're in the right place. Heckle Fish fans, you know what I mean!

Our Hopes and Dreams as the Reward Function: It wouldn’t make sense for the universe to set up a negative reward system. Deep down, we each know in our hearts what this positive reward function is—it’s what drives us forward and gives meaning to our experiences. Can you imagine the converse? How would that even work? A universe built on punishment rather than fulfillment would be counterproductive to growth and discovery. Instead, our hopes and dreams serve as the guiding light, directing us toward our individual and collective apotheosis.

In the grand scheme, much like in What Dreams May Come, we are both the creators and the beneficiaries of a reality that is as expansive, meaningful, and beautiful as we dare to make it. The universe, it seems, is on our side—encouraging us to dream, to strive, and ultimately, to become the best versions of our many selves.

The Grand Hypothesis: A Reality Beyond Reality

This is my attempt to make sense of a wide array of phenomena—from UFO sightings and ancient artifacts to the nature of consciousness and reality itself. I've drawn from various sources, including scientific research and personal experiences, but my appreciation for the work of Jorjani and Michael Cremo, in particular, has been a significant influence. While I believe these ideas offer valuable insights, I also understand they challenge conventional wisdom and may not resonate with everyone.

What I hope readers take away, regardless of whether they agree with the specifics, is a sense of wonder at the complexity and interconnectedness of our universe. Whether it's through the lens of this theory or another framework, I believe recognizing our place in a larger cosmic context can be both humbling and empowering.

I'm sharing these thoughts not as absolute truths, but as a catalyst for discussion and further exploration. They seem so crystalline to me, yet even as I repeatedly read through them, I still find it challenging to capture exactly what I see. Please forgive that. I'm eager to see how these ideas resonate with others and to engage in meaningful dialogue about the nature of reality and our role within it.

From Skepticism to Awakening

Jason Reza Jorjani's Closer Encounters isn't just another book on UFOs—it's an ontological awakening that dismantled my lifelong skepticism. As someone who was previously a materialist atheist, a card-carrying member of Atheists of Florida, and a lifelong sci-fi fanatic but UFO and paranormal skeptic, my journey to this point has been nothing short of mind-bending. I even spent 52 hours having "Iconoclast" and a number of seemingly competing religious symbols tattooed on my back (and hours more elsewhere on my body), in an attempt to reconcile my beliefs. My ideological heroes included Carl Sagan, Richard Dawkins, Michael Shermer, and James Randi, along with the numerous sci-fi authors I admired growing up. And for what it's worth—I love, respect, and admire Neil deGrasse Tyson. He is such a beautiful soul. I just wish he could see it from my perspective, but I believe it will all come out in the wash.

But now, as I dive—but will never 'delve' again—into the works of researchers like Michael Cremo and his Forbidden Archeology, I'm seeing these anomalous artifacts not as mere curiosities but as multimegawatt Star Wars Death Star charges converted to signaling devices, illuminating my understanding with blinding clarity. This blazing visualization feels granted by some sort of akashic knowledge, as if the truth of our past is being projected directly into my mind's eye.

A Revelation in Popular Culture

I've seen echoes of all this in popular culture, but after coming to this realization, it just clicks—or better yet, it feels like the relief one gets after popping a deeply rooted zit. You don’t realize how much it hurt until you've popped it, then it feels so good. This is how this feels for me. Although it seems like my own revelation, I know there's nothing new under heaven or earth. The truth is, this isn't reality anyway—it's a projection, a cosmic game with rules far more fluid than we've been led to believe, and these artifacts are the glowing power cores at the heart of this vast, universal mechanism.

Personal Connections to the Cosmos

My connection to this subject is deeply personal. My father was a senior manager at NASA, and I spent my childhood immersed in the space program, meeting figures like Dick Truly, the first space shuttle pilot. My admiration for Wernher von Braun, whom my father actually worked with (well for actually), and my family's connections to the NSA and Freemasonry, placed me just one step removed from the center of this reality. These experiences, coupled with my service as a Navy Nuke bubblehead, shaped my understanding of and trust in the solidity of our materialist, physics respecting universe.

It was against this backdrop of skepticism and scientific curiosity that I encountered Jorjani's work. This journey led me to the profound conclusion that almost every religion holds truth, and moreover, these beliefs become irrefutable when viewed through the lens of the scientific observations Jorjani presents. As he rightly noted, if you possess a UFO—a TIME MACHINE—why would you go anywhere but back? You’d travel to the past and metaphorically "kick the ladder out" to ensure that nothing else could usurp your dominance. In doing so, you would inherently ascend, essentially becoming a god. With such power, you’d command magic flying machines, nanotechnology, and a mastery of psychokinesis (PK), as noted by millions of experiencers.

The Fallen Angels and Human Consciousness

I’d like to think that these future humans—the fallen angels written of in the Book of Enoch and elsewhere—while they appear uniform in appearance and language, as suggested by Admiral Byrd's posthumously published diary and corroborated by various independent hypnotherapy sessions cited by Jorjani, are still enlightened and ultimately working to perfect human consciousness. However, it’s important to note that Jason’s hypothesis has sparked controversy, particularly because he suggests that these angels might be linked to the Aryans or Nordics or Tall Swedish Super Models - you get the picture - doesn't sound so good in Woke America. Whatever their origins, the core focus remains on consciousness, and it’s crucial to understand that we are just actors in a grand play. Whatever it is - it seems to me we're in a fun styled experience generator.

At its core, human consciousness is about empathy. Who doesn't agree that the best measure of a life well-lived by any standard is how many people show up for your funeral? How do you get so many people to show up? Empathy, charisma, relationships. At the core of being human is interacting with other humans. Your feelings, and those of everyone else, not only matter but are the very fabric from which we are constructed. We are, in essence, made of thoughts and feelings—these are the building blocks of our reality. And those thoughts are preserved, accessible from any point in time to any other. It feels as though each of us is a cog in this vast machinery, contributing to a grand design.

I feel I should really defend this because it’s the route that led me to find the necessary chink in the armor of materialist science that had mesmerized me for most of my life—because this is important and ultimately super positive.

A Parallel Between AI and Consciousness

The Universe as a Learning Model

Or, as modern AI suggests, our universe is essentially generating training data for the Large Language Model (LLM) of the Universe, guiding it toward eventual apotheosis. It hasn’t happened yet because there may be an external observer who sees the overall informational flow, with the ability to reset conditions to earlier states, continuing the progression. Maybe it’s all happened already, but I’d say there’s a whole lot of fun to be had along the way. And if it has already happened and we’re experiencing it, then we are the observers—watching it unfold in real time. Keep in mind that our projected reality is the information contained within the organism of the universe, which is apparently being perfected. So, if we are the observers, then we are also—do I even need to say it?

As Elon Musk likes to point out, the whole point of a simulation is to figure out what happens. This realization gives me purpose because the whole purpose is purpose (forgive me if I sound like Kamala Harris, repeating myself in an effort to speak colloquially). And it’s essential to understand that, according to this perspective, we are all essentially the multiple personalities of a universal consciousness trying to make sense of itself—and we are, in fact, that consciousness. This is all provable to me because UFOs are real.

These observations suggest that humanity's journey through millions of cycles, as illuminated by ancient texts such as the Mahabharata, might make humanity appear ossified and stagnant. But if humanity is the whole point, then that makes sense. Just as AI technology informs us that large models require vast volumes of training data to refine their abilities—and now they’re even training models to generate pseudo-training data and fine-tuning data—so too might the universe be using the repeated cycles of human experience to perfect consciousness.

We Are the Active Agents

In much the same way that AI models are being used to generate pseudo-training data to refine their abilities, we humans are the active agents driving the process of learning and growth in the universe. We are generating a diverse array of experiences that contribute to an essentially infinite set of training data. We aren’t just passive participants; we are the agents of this ingestion process, seeking the best routes toward our ultimate goal. Because we are the ones authoring our own stories, it makes sense that our dreams will naturally come true—it’s all part of the journey we are creating in real time.

But more than just creating, we are also witnessing—observing the unfolding of this grand narrative in which we play a central role. We are both the dreamers and the audience, experiencing the twists and turns of a story that we help to write with every thought, every choice, every act of will.

The Purpose of the Universe

According to the sages—and it’s abundantly clear to me—the universe’s purpose is apotheosis: to reach its highest state of development. It becomes clear that the universe isn’t built to work against us. Instead, it is a system designed to foster growth, learning, and ultimately, enlightenment. We are participants in this vast, evolving story, each of us contributing to the collective ascent toward a higher state of being.

Our Hopes and Dreams as the Reward Function

It wouldn’t make sense for the universe to set up a negative reward system. Deep down, we each know in our hearts what this positive reward function is—it’s what drives us forward and gives meaning to our experiences. Can you imagine the converse? How would that even work? A universe built on punishment rather than fulfillment would be counterproductive to growth and discovery. Instead, our hopes and dreams serve as the guiding light, the compass that directs us toward our individual and collective apotheosis.

In the grand scheme, much like in What Dreams May Come, we are both the creators and the beneficiaries of a reality that is as expansive, as meaningful, and as beautiful as we dare to make it. The universe, it seems, is on our side—encouraging us to dream, to strive, and ultimately, to become the best versions of ourselves.

The Struggle Between Continuity and Disruption

Within the UFO community, there are claims of messages received from other alien races who wish to break us out of this cyclical existence. These messages suggest a struggle between those who would maintain the status quo and those who seek to disrupt it. Additionally, the literature references various JRODs—post-humans who have supposedly returned from the future, identified by designations such as J20 or J52, corresponding to how many thousands of years into the future they come from. I mention these because compared to the time frames I've referenced previously, 20,000 or 50,000 years aren't even rounding errors. It all seems like disinformation—not that all of this couldn't be based on disinformation either. And as another thought, perhaps we should be thinking in greater scales—like 20,000 billion, 50,000 billion. There is no spoon. There is no TIME.

Now, though, any time I hear the word "alien," I'm pretty sure it's genuine disinformation. But I get it. I love when I hear speculation on how frequently the 'aliens' come here. Hah! I finally get it. There really are no aliens; everything we find will be human-centric. Perhaps there is some actual 'universe' this is all unwinding in, where each galaxy is an island of consciousness. That galaxy naturally evolves until the simulation is understood, then it is locally reset so that different thought organisms can communicate among each other—because there is no there there.

I still have such a hard time grasping this, but that's why I keep repeating: there is no spoon—because I genuinely feel like I just got it.

Time and Consciousness: The Key to Existence

What becomes clear is that the deities or entities currently overseeing our timeline are themselves products of this cyclical process. Yet, this timeline and all its iterations are merely projections of consciousness—an illusion, as famously put in The Matrix: "There is no spoon." This realization challenges the very fabric of our perceived reality, suggesting that the power to manipulate time and consciousness may well be the key to understanding the true nature of our existence.

The Final Epoch: Evolving Human Consciousness

I’m fairly certain we’re in the final epoch of a highly advanced civilization that understands, ultimately, there is no “there” there. There is no spoon. There is no “you” or “me.” We must exist outside of this reality if anyone can do that. If you were an immortal soul, living in this universe’s temporal flow, you wouldn’t fully appreciate it without context. I think the human simulation or experience is designed so that elder beings can preselect who they’ll embody in their next lifetime, experiencing that ancestor life firsthand. We are both human ancestors by our DNA, or outward body designs, but I believe we are also actually them—the future humans who came back to evolve us forward. And what were they actually doing? Evolving human consciousness, perfecting what it means to appreciate fine art, wine, music, and human expression in all its forms. That’s the point.

UFOs and the Shaping of Reality

We are surrounded by god-like technologies. UFOs are the gods. They reshaped our entire reality, and once you realize there’s no “there” there, it becomes clear that all of this—everything—exists to shape human consciousness. But human consciousness must be considered as a single organism since our reality emerges from it and, to adepts, is entirely and instantly accessible. We are all ultimately related by our DNA, no matter what, because DNA has always been advancing forward on its own timeline. This coincidentally explains why terrestrial DNA appears to be 8.2 billion years old, as determined by known mutation rates—time travel did it. And of course, this sounds like we’re in a cosmological MMORPG. And yes, you’d think I’m crazy if you haven’t crossed the cognitive dissonance barrier associated with believing that UFOs are real (which I bolster with the visual observations of historical UFO videos) and that remote viewing is real, which in turn implies everything else.

Ancient Epochs and Technological Evidence

So, back to the larger narrative: we have this ancient epoch of humanity on Mars’ parent planet, which was blown to pieces, solving the mystery of how two planet-sized satellites could be uniformly coated on only one side. This suggests that every bit of that former body achieved astronomical velocity, like something out of The Neutronium Alchemist by Peter F. Hamilton. If it were a collision, wouldn’t the debris orbit and then fall down roughly uniformly? Think of Seveneves by Neal Stephenson, which provides a well-researched example of what should happen. We have what many consider clear evidence of a vastly ancient civilization. And if you watch UFO channels on YouTube, you’ll undoubtedly see numerous actual UFOs and artifacts. If you view this through the lens that humans went way, way back, messed up, and decided they didn’t want to repeat those mistakes—thus leaving the ancient epochs in the past of this universe—it all starts to make sense. There’s a lot of reaching, but as far as I’m concerned, all the facts from disparate sources seem to fit the hypothesis, don’t they?

The Limits of Conventional Thinking

The main purpose of writing this is that I think Jorjani doesn’t think big enough. In numerous interviews, he repeatedly alludes to the time travelers as just sending messages, like the 60-million-year-old set of footprints on a beach arranged from largest to smallest, clearly indicating they were aware of the process of fossilization. It seems as if he dismisses the true magnitude of this revelation. He, I believe, correctly suggests that UFO technology and the fact that these “aliens” all want to mate with us indicate they are future humans—why else would they find our women so attractive? But he never games it out or addresses this in other works. Or perhaps, this response is exactly what he was seeking. As I continue to unpack this, I can’t help but think this is precisely what he wanted. You’re welcome, Jason; it’s been an absolute pleasure!

Awakening to a New Reality

Despite my upbringing, I never truly believed in aliens or the supernatural—until Grusch’s testimony triggered my first ontological awakening. Bob Lazar’s discussion of the Yellow Book and the idea that humans make great "containers," that there’s a spiritual dimension to the whole UFO question, initiated the second awakening. Then Jorjani’s Closer Encounters came along and completely reshaped my worldview. These events were like a series of logarithmic awakenings, each more profound than the last. I’ve steeped myself in the UFO and paranormal community—from Linda Moulton Howe and David Grusch to Steven Greer and John Lear, I’ve absorbed a vast array of perspectives. Add in countless episodes from Professor Simon Holland, Lex Fridman, the Koncrete Podcast, and Joe Rogan, and you get the picture. The point is, it’s clear to anyone who searches with intellectual honesty—examining every input and not filtering out what doesn’t fit. I know I’m guilty of it, but I pride myself on at least trying to remain objective.

The Natural Evolution of the Universe

To express the end result of all this: we are a natural outcome of a naturally evolving universe, provided time travel is possible. Once life inside the simulation figured out how to write upstream, it explains everything—all the continuity between civilizations, everything. Life (this life anyhow), the Universe (this one anyhow), and Everything (in this one anyhow).

The Illusion of Reality

There is no spoon. It took me years to grasp this—like a Buddhist koan. You—or I—given enough patience and a good guide, can actually go back and witness events ourselves. Or other humans like us can. But what are humans if not projections from something else? Even if we go to the doctor, have ailments, and all this stuff appears real (which it does, and which I enjoy very, very much and am super grateful for), we must necessarily exist outside of this. Why would we set ourselves up for a lifetime of yearning and existential angst? To me, it’s obvious we aren’t even here—if we can be paused and rewound, we exist outside of it. We have to, or at least that’s how my mind works. This further implies that I existed before I entered this simulation and will exist after—why would I go through all of this and not actually be in it, unless it was for a good reason? And what I surmise is that, generally speaking, if we are in a human-shaped consciousness, then it’s trying to idealize human thought, to perfect it. That’s the whole point of art and music. I get this because I’m filled with rapturous joy when I listen to Illenium. But the joy I feel is so much greater knowing I am sharing it with so many fellow travelers. Even now, as I write this, I’m filled with joy imagining the collective experience of Illenium. Or Adele. When I was in prison, I distinctly recall the sheer joy and sorrow I felt listening to Adele’s Hello during her iHeart Radio launch party. I remember bawling my eyes out, sharing that moment with everyone, all at the same time. Then realizing—that’s exactly what it’s all about. That’s the point. The perfection of human thought.

Adversity and Character

“Sweet are the uses of adversity, which, like the toad, ugly and venomous, wears yet a precious jewel in his head.” (As You Like It, William Shakespeare). Adversity breeds character. No adversity—no character. If you're an immortal being (and we are), you'd need to understand this firsthand, and here we are. You experience life after life—many of them—to gain a greater perspective. When you're in the life, you live it. To dispel the illusion would ruin the whole point of it.

The Purpose of Human Experience

The purpose of the reality we inhabit is now clear to me: we are here to have a human experience. That’s the whole point. Or as Epictetus once said: “Remember that you are an actor in a play, which is as the playwright wants it to be. If he wants it short, it will be short; long, if he wants it long. If he wants you to play a beggar, play the part skillfully; or a cripple, or a public official, or a private citizen. Your duty is to play the assigned part well. But to choose it belongs to someone else.” (Enchiridion, Passage 17). Lead me, Zeus and Destiny, whithersoever I am appointed to go. I will follow without wavering; even though I am a coward unwilling, I shall follow all the same.

Temporal Flows and Universal Consciousness

Thus, having inferred UFOs are real, UFO physics imply time travel, and this universe emerges from consciousness anyhow, one must factor in temporal flows when considering life in the galaxy and the universe at large. When someone goes back in time, they create a pocket temporal flow where information for their expression of consciousness can reset the clock or travel upstream in time's arrow, performing changes on the base version that alter it. Jorjani thinks we are on the other side of this loop in our local universe's consciousness (which I am referring to as the human organism). This has shaped the universe we inhabit, or at least this portion of the Galaxy, with humans all the way down like the old saying, "It's turtles all the way down." This concept of temporal flows, to me, is the answer to life, the universe, and everything. It explains all observable phenomena, from the clearly devastated Moon and Mars, indicative of a great war, to the intelligent design visible in our planet's history.

The Evolution of Time Travel and Human Consciousness

Once a 'natural' organism, evolving according to the rules set in place by the mechanics of the projected universe, achieves time travel capability, it begins to recognize the universe as a manifestation of a lower reality. This realization fundamentally alters the organism's relationship with time and reality. With the ability to traverse temporal flows, this organism—be it human consciousness or an advanced post-human entity—can rewrite history, correct mistakes, and refine its own existence.

The ability to go back and reshape reality to align with an ideal vision of itself becomes a form of universal editing, where the organism iteratively perfects not just its own consciousness but also the environments it inhabits. This process of refining and revising reality across multiple timelines suggests that the universe, as we experience it, is the product of countless revisions, each cycle bringing it closer to a state of perfection—or at least, closer to the vision held by the beings who control these temporal flows.

The Role of Human Consciousness in Universal Perfection

In this context, human consciousness is not just a byproduct of biological evolution but a central player in the unfolding of the universe’s potential. The iterative process of experiencing life, learning from it, and then rewriting the timeline creates a cumulative effect where consciousness itself becomes more refined, more aware, and more aligned with the fundamental truths of existence.

As these beings, perhaps future versions of ourselves, manipulate time, they influence the development of civilizations, the outcomes of wars, and the evolution of entire species. Each iteration becomes a step closer to achieving an ideal state—a utopia of consciousness where the boundaries between the physical and metaphysical, the real and the unreal, are blurred, and the only constant is the endless pursuit of knowledge and self-improvement.

The Cosmic MMORPG: A Simulation of Perfection

This process can be likened to a massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) where each player is engaged in a continuous cycle of learning, experiencing, and evolving. In this cosmic MMORPG, the rules of the game are fluid, allowing players to rewrite their own histories, explore different outcomes, and even reset the game when necessary. The game’s ultimate objective is not to win in a traditional sense but to perfect the experience itself.

As players in this cosmic game, our consciousnesses are both the creators and the participants, shaping and being shaped by the realities we experience. The cyclical nature of this process means that each time we reset the game, we do so with a little more knowledge, a little more understanding, and a little more refinement in our approach to existence.

Humanity's Role in the Grand Design

The implications of this perspective are profound: humanity, far from being a passive observer, is an active participant in the creation and evolution of the universe. We are the architects of our own reality, and the experiences we go through—both individually and collectively—contribute to the ongoing process of universal perfection.

Our lives, with all their joys and sorrows, triumphs and tragedies, are not just random events in a meaningless cosmos. They are deliberate acts of creation, each one a brushstroke on the canvas of the universe. The fact that we can experience adversity and still find meaning in it suggests that there is a purpose to our struggles, a reason for our existence that goes beyond mere survival.

The Endless Cycle of Creation and Evolution

As we continue to evolve, both as individuals and as a species, we contribute to the ongoing process of universal creation. Every decision we make, every action we take, has the potential to ripple across time and space, influencing not just our own lives but the lives of countless others in the past, present, and future.

This endless cycle of creation and evolution is the driving force behind the universe. It is what keeps the game going, what ensures that there is always something new to learn, something new to experience. And as we continue to play our part in this grand design, we come to understand that the universe is not just a place we inhabit—it is a living, breathing entity that we are an integral part of.

The Future of Human Consciousness

As we look to the future, the possibilities for human consciousness are limitless. With the ability to manipulate time and reality, we have the power to shape our own destiny, to create a world that reflects our highest ideals and aspirations. But with this power comes responsibility. We must use it wisely, not just for our own benefit, but for the benefit of all beings in the universe.

The journey toward perfection is not an easy one. It requires us to confront our deepest fears, to overcome our greatest challenges, and to embrace the unknown with courage and determination. But it is a journey worth taking, for it leads us to a deeper understanding of ourselves and our place in the universe.

In the end, the evolution of human consciousness is not just about achieving a higher state of being—it is about becoming the creators of our own reality, the architects of a universe that reflects our deepest values and aspirations. It is about realizing that we are not just passengers on this journey—we are the drivers, the ones who have the power to shape the course of our destiny.

Conclusion: The Purpose of Our Existence

The purpose of our existence is clear: we are here to evolve, to learn, to grow, and to create. We are here to play our part in the grand design of the universe, to contribute to the ongoing process of creation and evolution. And as we continue on this journey, we come to realize that the universe is not just a place we inhabit—it is a living, breathing entity that we are an integral part of.

Our consciousness, our ability to think, to feel, to create, is the key to unlocking the mysteries of the universe. It is the force that drives us forward, that pushes us to explore new possibilities, to challenge the status quo, and to strive for something greater than ourselves.

As we continue on this journey, we must remember that the universe is not just a random collection of matter and energy—it is a conscious entity, a living being that we are a part of. And as we continue to evolve, we must use our consciousness to create a universe that reflects our highest ideals, our deepest values, and our most profound aspirations.

In the end, the purpose of our existence is not just to survive—it is to thrive, to create, to evolve, and to contribute to the ongoing process of universal perfection. And as we continue on this journey, we must remember that we are not just passengers on this ride—we are the drivers, the ones who have the power to shape the course of our destiny, to create a universe that reflects our deepest values and aspirations, and to contribute to the ongoing process of universal creation and evolution.

We are the creators of our own reality, the architects of a universe that reflects our highest ideals and aspirations. And as we continue on this journey, we must use our consciousness to create a universe that reflects our deepest values and aspirations, to contribute to the ongoing process of universal perfection, and to play our part in the grand design of the universe.

And then there's Elon Musk. He's the first person I've gone full fanboy for. I used to roll my eyes at sports fans who made their team's identity their own, but now I get it. We model ourselves after those we admire, and I've done that with Elon. We share a lot in common - favorite numbers (42, 420, 69), formative books by Douglas Adams and Iain M. Banks read at similar life stages. I've devoured every interview of his I could find. He's just such a beautiful human being.

I admire him deeply, and it wouldn't surprise me if I were another "Elon" in one of the countless technological civilizations that have existed on this planet. But the fact that he doesn't seem to buy into any of these hypotheses is mind-boggling. With access to the best minds and resources, it's puzzling that he remains skeptical. Something big is coming—something spectacular—and we've all got front-row seats at our very own "Restaurant at the End of the Universe."
